Space is often a concern in NYC but fitting a clawfoot slipper tub into this bathroom nearly required the service of David Copperfield. We did it and it turned out beautifully.
Full gut renovation. Discovered four extra feet in the ceiling, built a lofted bedroom area made of aluminum, cherry, and ebony.
We created a pass through in the kitchen. The tiles are made of recycled glass. The appliances were kept and all of the cabinets and sink were taken to a building material recycling warehouse.
Executed a full three-bedroom build out of this Bronx loft. Using mostly recycled material and reclaimed lumber for construction this renovation makes a big impression while leaving a small footprint.
