Innovation in Renovation
Paragon Building Artisans executed a full three-bedroom build out of this Bronx loft.
Using mostly recycled material and reclaimed lumber for construction this renovation makes a big impression while leaving a small footprint.
Beautiful Build-ins
For this project, Paragon Building Artisans LLC designed and built a comforting personal haven: a window seat with three drawers underneath, and an adjacent dark wooden bookcase so that books are within easy reach.
We repaired the bricks and matched the finish to the existing finish. The entire area was primed and painted, and new molding was added to create an inspiring and classic space.
Signature Series
These pieces are designed, hand crafted, then signed and dated by Mr. Lee. They are one of a kind and will not be replicated.
A client commissioned PBA’s Matthew Lee to design and build this one-of-a-kind piece.
Specializing in recycled materials, Mr. Lee created this table using 100% reclaimed lumber and stone, resulting in a table with character and texture, as well as a conscience.
